Our Service
We can meet the ongoing needs of food processing companies and trading clients.
As a food export product, pasteurized egg liquid must strictly comply with the relevant food safety regulations of Chinese customs and the importing country (or region). Compliance and safety must be rigorously monitored throughout the entire process. The following outlines the standardized export process, which is clear and easy to understand and can be directly applied in practice to help our partners efficiently complete their export procedures.
Pre-export Preparation (Qualification and Compliance Review)
Pre-export preparation is essential for ensuring a smooth export process. It involves completing compliance filings for the company, raw materials, and overseas markets to ensure that products meet both Chinese and importing country standards.
Order Confirmation and Document Preparation
After completing the preliminary compliance preparations, confirm the order details with the overseas client and simultaneously compile the full set of export documents to ensure that the information is consistent and complete, thereby avoiding delays in customs clearance caused by discrepancies in the documents.
Customs Declaration and Inspection/Release
Once all required documents have been prepared, submit the customs declaration and cooperate with customs officials to complete the inspection, testing, and other procedures to ensure the smooth release of the goods. This is a critical step in the export process.
Shipping and Tracking
After customs clearance, we arrange for shipment in accordance with the transportation method specified in the order and track the shipment status throughout the entire process to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Customs Clearance at the Port of Destination and Post-Delivery Follow-Up
Upon arrival at the port of destination, we assist overseas clients with customs clearance procedures and simultaneously follow up on post-delivery matters to ensure a seamless export process.
Important Notes
Compliance First: Strictly adhere to China’s “Measures for the Administration of Food Safety in Import and Export” and the relevant regulations of the importing country (or region) throughout the entire process. For example, exports to the EU must comply with regulations such as EU 2020/692 and 853/2004/EC, while exports to Canada require a Veterinary Health Certificate, among other documents, to prevent cargo rejection due to compliance issues.
Temperature Control: Pasteurized egg liquid is a perishable food product. Strict temperature control must be maintained throughout the entire process—from production and storage to transportation—to ensure product quality and prevent spoilage caused by improper temperature conditions.
Documentation Standards: All export documents must be authentic, complete, and consistent, with accurate and error-free information. This prevents customs clearance delays or rejection due to discrepancies in documentation.
Dynamic Monitoring: We closely monitor changes in policies and standards of importing countries (regions) and promptly adjust export plans to ensure ongoing compliance throughout the export process.
We have a professional export service team familiar with the market access policies and customs procedures of various countries (regions). We can assist partners throughout the entire process—from qualification registration and document preparation to customs clearance and after-sales support—to facilitate the smooth export of pasteurized egg liquid, reduce export risks, and enhance export efficiency.
